Refund policy

At RealWay, every product is made to order through our fulfillment partner, Printful. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size selections, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. To request one, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item

If the issue is confirmed, a replacement or refund will be processed at no additional cost.

Please note:

  • We do not offer refunds for items ordered in the wrong size.
  • Slight differences in print placement or colors may occur due to screen settings and the printing process.
  • Shipping times may vary depending on your location and demand.
